"Overall, the tour was well organized, well presented and the guide was efficient and knowledgeable. If not for the rainy weather, we could have enjoyed more Panicuason Hot Springs. That is beyond the tour's control.
the only problem so far that I encountered was the description of your office location. Even the hotel's driver had difficulty looking for it. The office location should be described as at the back of the bus terminal and has green awning in front."
