GENERAL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR VISA APPLICATION:
(Know your visa type when applying)
VISA TYPE: Short-term (up to 6 months, single or multiple entry)
WHEN TO APPLY: 3 MONTHS BEFORE INTENDED TRAVEL

1. Visa Application form
2. 2 photos must be attached; the photo should be of passport format – a recent whole-face capture with a light background.
3. Passport and copies of your previous visas – valid for at least 3 months beyond return date – are required. Your passport must have at least two blank pages,
4. BIRTH CERTIFICATE
5. Proof of civil status (if applicable)
  • marriage certificate
  • Divorce certificate
  • death certificate of spouse
6. Means of subsistence – Proof of sufficient financial means for the period of stay

  • other assets/evidence that may prove ability to meet cost of trip
7. PURPOSE OF APPLICATION-TRAVEL:                    
  • A cover letter stating the purpose of visit and itinerary,
  • Flight ticket reservation (if applicable),
  • Proof of accommodation- reservation for your entire stay. (Hotel booking confirmation /travel booking confirmation / travel agent confirmation /sponsor accommodation details).
  • 2 SETS OF BROWN ENVELOP Please submit original documents with one photocopy of each document. Your original documents will be returned after the final decision has been made by UK Visas and Immigration
IF EMPLOYED:
  • Employment contract/ Certificate of Employment (a letter from your employer on company headed paper, detailing your role, salary and length of employment)
  • Payslip for the last 6 months
  • Bank statement of the latest 6 months
Bank certificate of the latest 6 months
  • Approved leave permission from employer
  • Income Tax Return (ITR) form or Certificate of Income
IF SELF-EMPLOYED:
  • A copy of your business license (DTI, SEC, BIR, Mayor’s permit, Business permits)
  • Bank Statement of the latest 6 months
  • Bank Certificate
  • Income Tax Return (ITR)
IF A STUDENT:
  • Proof of enrollment (matriculation form)
  • Copy of school ID
  • School certificate from school or university(a letter from your education provider, on headed paper, confirming your enrolment and leave of absence)
IF RETIRED:
  • Pension statement of the latest 6 months
  • Senior citizen documents/ ID
  • Bank Statement
  • Bank Certificate
