Passport handling fees once granted a visa  starting to PHP 1,500- 2,500/head- to be collected on the day of your appointment

CANADA VISA REQUIREMENTS
Initial requirements:

• Accomplished IMM5257 FORM (Application for Visitor Visa)
• Accomplished IMM5645E FORM (Family Information Form)
• VAC consent form
• PASSPORT  ( at least 6 months valid)
• Digital Photo, scanned copy of PASSPORT SIZE W/ WHITEBACKGROUND
• Marriage certificate
• Birth certificate

Proof of Purpose of Travel: 

• ROUNDTRIP TICKET
• TRAVEL ITINERARY
• HOTEL BOOKING

Travel History:

• PREVIOUS PASSPORTS used within the last 10 years
• EXPIRED AND VALID VISAS
• ENTRANCE AND EXIT STAMPS

Proof of Means of Financial Support
o      ITR (Income Tax Return)

• BANK STATEMENT for the past 4 months
• Bank Certificate
• CERTIFICATE OF EMPLOYMENT
• PROOF OF ASSETS (land, titles, etc)
• Payslip

Business Registration Documents:

• DTI or SEC
• ITR / Financial Statement
• Mayors Permit

If with Guarantor/Sponsor

• Invitation letter
• Passport/ Resident Card / Company ID
• Proof of ties (marriage cert/ birth certificate)
• Other proof of means to support applicant stay
